Returning from the United Kingdom

Your Royal Mail shipping label and return tracking number will be provided free of charge.

  1. Click START RETURN below to submit your return
  2. Print your return label and packing slip
  3. Pack up your return with the packing slip inside, and affix the Royal Mail label to the package, making sure no other shipping labels are showing
  4. Drop off your return at any Royal Mail location

You are responsible for return shipping costs, and for obtaining a return tracking number.

  3. Pack up your return with the packing slip inside.
  4. Ship back your return with the carrier of your choice to the address listed below
  5. Make sure to get a return tracking number
