INTRODUCTION

Participation in this Dolls Kill x Teletubbies Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) constitutes entrants' full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions.

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, aged eighteen (18) or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older, at the time of entry. Excludes residents of overseas military installations, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories. Employees of Dolls Kill, Inc, its group companies, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the Competition, and their immediate families, are not eligible to participate. Subject to all federal, state, and local laws. Void where prohibited.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Sweepstake Period: Begins on 4/23/24 at 10 AM PST and ends on 4/28/24 at 11:59 PM PST. Entries submitted after this period will not be eligible.

Entry Steps:

To enter, participants must:

• Have an open/public Instagram account.
• Follow @dollskill on Instagram.
• Post a screenshot of the giveaway announcement on their instagram with @dollskill and @teletubbieshq tagged.

Unlimited Entries Per Person: Any person, per household, can enter an unlimited number of times before the sweepstakes ends.

Social Media Compliance: Must follow the respective Social Media platform rules (i.e. Instagram).

Mechanically Reproduced Entries: Not allowed. Robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry methods are void.

The Sponsor reserves the right to verify any participant's eligibility at any time and to disqualify any participant who does not comply with these terms and conditions.

WINNERS

One eligible entry will be randomly selected daily during the Sweepstake Period and contacted by 4/29/23 at 10 AM PST. Winners will be notified via direct message on Instagram.

By participating in this Sweepstake, each winner grants Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, publish, display, distribute, and exploit the winner's name, Instagram account name, image, likeness, and any statements made by the winner regarding the Sweepstake, without further payment or compensation, for promotional and marketing purposes in any media now known or hereafter devised, including but not limited to social media, online, and offline channels, without any further notice or approval.

THE PRIZE

The Dolls Kill x Teletubbies Collection item of the winner’s choice in the winner's size. Winners must provide their address, phone number, and size for delivery. Prizes are non-transferable and are awarded only to the winners.

The Sweepstakes is not sponsored by, endorsed by, administered by, or associated with Instagram or any other Social Media platform. Dolls Kill is not responsible for entry issues or prize-related liabilities beyond its control. Dolls Kill is also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors, or any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes.

Privacy: Any personal information supplied by you to Dolls Kill will be subject to Dolls Kill’s privacy policy posted at https://www.dollskill.com/pages/privacy-policy.

Entry constitutes consent for Dolls Kill to use entrant’s personal information per Dolls Kill’s privacy policy. Entrant's information may be shared with the Sponsor if applicable.

Disputes: Governed by California State law and resolved individually in Los Angeles State Court. Entrants waive rights to certain damages.
