When will I be charged?

You will be charged immediately for your first box. As boxes are released seasonally, you will be billed when your box ships.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Annual subscriptions can be canceled at anytime after the first year.

Can I use a promo code?

All Obsession Boxes are excluded from all discounts and promo codes.

Can I return my box?

Obsession Boxes are final sale and not eligible for return.

How do I manage my subscription?

Sign in to your account and click Manage Subscriptions to view your subscription details, update your shipping address for future boxes, or change your payment method for future charges.
