Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Gift cards and store credit cannot be applied to preorders at this time.

How will I know when my order ships?

You will be notified via email with all shipping updates. You can also check on your order status via the self-serve portal at anytime.

Can I cancel my preorder?

You can cancel at any time before your preorder ships. You will receive an email confirming the refund and receive money back in your account within 3-5 business days.

Do Stash discounts and cash back work with preorders?

The Stash 20% Welcome Discount can be applied to preorders and you'll earn 20% cash back when your order ships.

Can I use stash balance to pay for preorders?
