Purchases made in-store or online at dollskill.com can be returned at any of our stores. All returns are subject to our main return policy. Any returns made in-store are also subject to the following policy, whether the purchase was made in-store or online.
Return policy
All returns are issued store credit in the form of a Dolls Kill gift card.
Halloween costumes are not eligible for return or exchange after October 14, 2026.
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
- Gift cards never expire and can be used in-store or online at dollskill.com.
- No refunds to the original form of payment are offered.
- Items must be unworn, in like-new condition, with all tags and original packaging.
- Lingerie, swimwear, bodysuits, socks/tights, pasties, cosmetics, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Staff has the right to refuse returns for any reason.
