Change or Cancel an Order

Sorry, we're not able to change or cancel orders after they are placed.

Entered the wrong address? You might be able to change your shipping address by hitting the "Edit Address" button on the confirmation screen right after placing an order. If you closed out of the confirmation page, don't worry! You can open your order page again from your account or by clicking the order number on your confirmation email.

Some time and location change exclusions will apply. If your order is eligible for an address change, you'll see a countdown timer letting you know how long you have to make any edits. Our customer service team cannot guarantee any assistance with address changes.
