We accept returns within 30 days of placing your order.
All returns are issued gift cards. Gift cards are sent to the email address on the original order and never expire.
- Items must be unworn and unwashed with their original packaging and tags.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- We are not liable for any returns that are lost or stolen while in transit.
- Once your return has been delivered to our facility, it can take up to 7 business days to process.
- Any products marked "Last Chance" or "Warehouse Sale" or with prices ending in .98 are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Any items returned that are not eligible will be discarded and your return gift card amount will be adjusted accordingly.

If you’re returning from the continental US (50 states + DC), we have two easy return options available in our returns portal.
Happy Returns® - No box needed
We’ll email you a QR code to take to your selected drop-off location. No printing or packing required! A $3.99 return fee will be deducted from your return amount. Only items smaller than 18 in x 18 in x 18 in are accepted at boxless locations. Larger items must be returned using a pre-paid label.
Pre-paid label
We’ll email you a UPS shipping label and packing slip. Print your label and packing slip, pack up your return, and drop off your return package at any UPS location. A $7.99 return shipping label fee will be deducted from your return amount.
Free returns and exchanges with Stash
Stash members get free returns and direct exchanges! Start a return or an exchange in our returns portal and we'll provide a return label or QR code at no cost. (Continental US only)
Exchange orders will be placed with standard shipping once your return is on its way back to us. You'll receive an order confirmation email when the exchange order is placed and a shipping confirmation email once it has shipped.
Exchanges can only be started for items with 5+ in stock.
United Kingdom
Start a return in our returns portal and we'll email you a prepaid Royal Mail shipping label and packing slip. Print your label and packing slip, pack up your return, and drop off your return package at any Royal Mail location. A $10 USD return shipping label fee will be deducted from your return amount.
We'll email you a gift card for your return amount once the return has been processed and verified. This can take several days. You can track the status of your return by entering your order number and postal code in the returns portal.
Rest of world
You are responsible for return shipping costs and obtaining a return tracking number. Start your return in our returns portal, print the packing slip and include it in your return package, and ship your return with the carrier of your choice to:
