We accept returns within 30 days of placing your order.

All returns are issued gift cards. Gift cards are sent to the email address on the original order and never expire.

Halloween costumes are not eligible for return or exchange after October 18, 2024.

  • Items must be unworn and unwashed with their original packaging and tags
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We are not liable for any returns that are lost or stolen while in transit
  • Once your return has been delivered to our facility, it can take up to 7 business days to process
  • Any products ending in .98 and Obsession Boxes are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange

Any items returned that are not eligible will be discarded and your return gift card amount will be adjusted accordingly.

If you’re returning from the continental US (50 states + DC), we have two easy return options available in our returns portal. A $3.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your return amount. Direct exchanges are always free.

Drop off at a boxless location near you

We’ll email you a QR code to take to your selected drop-off location. No printing or packing required!

Drop off at UPS

We’ll email you a UPS shipping label and packing slip. Print your label and packing slip, pack up your return and drop off your return package at any UPS location.

Exchanges

Direct exchanges are always free.

Once your return package is on its way back to us, your new order will be placed and you'll receive an order confirmation email.

Exchange orders ship with 4–7 day standard shipping.

If you're returning from the UK, we have an easy return option available in our returns portal. An £11.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your return amount.

Drop off at Royal Mail

We'll email you a Royal Mail shipping label and packing slip. Print your label and packing slip, pack up your return and drop it off at any Royal Mail location.

You are responsible for return shipping costs and obtaining a return tracking number. Start your return in our returns portal, print the packing slip and include it in your return package and ship your return with the carrier of your choice to:
