Pick Up In Store

Shop online at dollskill.com and select the Pick Up In Store shipping method at checkout. Orders must be $75+ to qualify for pick up in store.

Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Locations and hours

Pick Up In Store will not be available at the Las Vegas or Miami stores starting 9/1/2026. Any orders placed before then will still be shipped to the stores and held for 7 days.

Pickup details

We'll send you an email when your order is ready for pickup. Please bring a valid ID and the order confirmation email to pick up your order.

Orders must be picked up within 7 days. If your order is not picked up within 7 days, we will process it as a return and email you a gift card for the order amount.

Returns

Orders can be returned in person at any of our store locations or mailed back to us. See our returns page for details on our return policy and mailing instructions.
