    If your order was marked delivered by the carrier but you have not received it: double check the shipping address on the order, check with your neighbor(s), & wait two days. Dolls Kill is not responsible for missing, stolen, lost or tampered packages.

    Dolls Kill accepts returns within 30 days of placing your order. All returns are issued gift cards. Any products ending in .98 are final sale and not eligible for refund, exchange or gift card.
