INTRODUCTION
Participation in the Win a Vegas Trip Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) constitutes Entrants’ full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules. All entry instructions form part of these Official Rules.
ELIGIBILITY
Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their state of residence (whichever is older) at the time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, and overseas military installations, and where prohibited.
Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, and their immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins on 4/13/26 and ends on 5/12/26 @ 5pm (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Entries received outside of this period will not be eligible.
HOW TO ENTER
There are multiple ways to enter:
Spin-to-Win Entry:
- Visit dollskill.com and access the Sweepstakes spin-to-win feature in pop up.
- Spin the wheel, enter your email address and mobile phone number to enter contest.
- The number of Sweepstakes entries you receive will be determined by the outcome of your spin.
- By entering via the spin-to-win feature, you may be given the option to opt in to receive marketing text messages from Dolls Kill.
- Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive marketing messages is not required to enter and can be withdrawn at any time.
Email Entry (No Purchase Necessary):
- To enter without participating in the spin-to-win, email your full name and contact information to legal@dollskill.com
- Email entries will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
Limit: Entries are subject to any limitations disclosed within the spin-to-win experience.
WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries after the Sweepstakes Period ends and contacted via text message and/or email on or around 5/13/26.
The selected winner must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize. Failure to respond may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Sponsor may attempt to select up to three (3) alternate winners.All decisions by Sponsor are final.
THE PRIZE
One (1) winner will receive a Las Vegas trip package, including:
- Roundtrip flights for two (2)
- Hotel accommodations
- $500 shopping spree
- Transportation
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) may vary depending on travel details. All prize details are determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash (except where required by law).
PUBLICITY
By entering, the winner grants Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, social handle, and any related content for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules or engages in fraudulent or disruptive behavior. Unclaimed prizes may not be awarded.
LIABILITY
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any technical or human error that may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes.
PRIVACY
Information collected is subject to Dolls Kill’s Privacy Policy. By entering, you consent to receive communications from Sponsor. You may opt out at any time.
GENERAL
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
