Dolls Kill First 100 Orders Gift Card Giveaway

1. INTRODUCTION

Participation in the Dolls Kill Gift Card Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) constitutes each entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules (“Official Rules”). All entry instructions form part of these Official Rules.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older, at the time of entry.

Residents of Puerto Rico, overseas U.S. territories, and overseas military installations are not eligible.

Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising or promotional partners, and members of their immediate households, are not eligible.

Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Void where prohibited.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on 11/26/2025 at 2:00 PM PT and ends when the first 100 eligible orders are placed.

Entries received outside the Sweepstakes Period will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

There are two ways to enter:

a. Purchase Entry

Place an order on dollskill.com during the Giveaway Period. The first 100 eligible orders will receive a $50 Dolls Kill digital gift card. Preorders (items that are not in-stock at the time of purchase) are not eligible and will not count toward the first 100 orders.

b. Free Method of Entry (AMOE)

To enter without making a purchase, send an email to legal@dollskill.com during the Giveaway Period with the subject line “$50 Gift Card Giveaway Entry” and include your full name, email address, and mailing address. AMOE entries are counted in the order they are received and are eligible to be among the first 100 entries.

Limit one entry per person, regardless of method.

5. Gift Card Details

Each of the first 100 eligible entries will receive one (1) $50 Dolls Kill digital gift card (“Gift Card”). Gift Cards will be sent to the email address associated with the entrant by 5pm on 11/26/2025. Gift Cards are subject to standard Dolls Kill gift card terms and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

6. Selection & Notification

Recipients are determined based on the timestamp of entry (order or AMOE). The first 100 valid entries will receive the Gift Card. Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeping device.

Sponsor will notify recipients by email. Sponsor is not responsible for failed or lost email notifications.

7. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Giveaway. Any attempt to tamper with or undermine the operation of the Giveaway may result in disqualification.

8. Release

By participating, entrants release Sponsor and its affiliates from any claims arising out of participation or receipt/use of any Gift Card.

9. Privacy

Information provided by entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

The Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of California.
