Dolls Kill Gift Card Giveaway

1. INTRODUCTION

Participation in the Dolls Kill Gift Card Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) constitutes each entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules (“Official Rules”). All entry instructions form part of these Official Rules.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older, at the time of entry.

Residents of Puerto Rico, overseas U.S. territories, and overseas military installations are not eligible.

Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising or promotional partners, and members of their immediate households, are not eligible.

Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Void where prohibited.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins 11/21/2025 at 12:00 PM Pacific Time and ends 11/21/25 at 2:00 PM Pacific Time (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

Entries received outside the Sweepstakes Period will not be considered.

4. HOW TO ENTER

Entrants may enter using one of the following methods:

A. Purchase Entry

During the Sweepstakes Period, place an order on dollskill.com between 12–2PM PT.

Only purchases of non–pre-order items qualify.

Limit one (1) entry per person regardless of number of orders.

B. Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)

To enter without making a purchase, send an email during the Sweepstakes Period to legal@dollskill.com with the subject line:

“Gift Card Giveaway Entry.”

Include your full name, email address, mailing address, and phone number.

Limit one (1) AMOE entry per person.

C. Entry Conditions

– Automated, bulk, or third-party entries are void.

– Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

– All entries have an equal chance of winning.

5. PRIZES

There will be eleven (5) total winners:

• 5 Prizes: a $1000 Dolls Kill digital gift card

Total approximate retail value (“ARV”): $1,000.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

6. WINNER SELECTION

Winners will be selected by Sponsor after Sweepstakes Period through a series of random drawings from all eligible entries received up to that point.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION

Potential winners will be notified via the email associated with their entry.

8. PUBLICITY RELEASE

By entering, each entrant grants Sponsor a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use their name, city, likeness, and statements about the Sweepstakes for promotional purposes, in any media, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

9. CONDITIONS

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, or misdirected entries, technical failures, or human error.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical issues, or any factor beyond Sponsor’s control impairs the integrity of the promotion.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants release Sponsor from any liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation or acceptance of a prize.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these may not apply to all entrants.

11. PRIVACY

Information collected is subject to the Dolls Kill Privacy Policy.

Participation constitutes permission for Sponsor to use entrant information for administration of the Sweepstakes and marketing communications, which entrants may opt out of at any time.

12. GOVERNING LAW

The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of California.

Any disputes shall be resolved individually in state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
