Next 50 Orders Get Refunded (Up To $100)

1. INTRODUCTION

Participation in the Dolls Kill Gift Card Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) constitutes each entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules (“Official Rules”). All entry instructions form part of these Official Rules.

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., aged 18+ at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and members of their immediate households are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

3. Contest Period

The Contest begins on 11/28/2025 at 4:00 PM Pacific Time and continues until the next 50 eligible orders are received (“Contest Period”).

Orders placed before or after the Contest Period are not eligible.

4. How to Enter

Make a purchase on dollskill.com during the Contest Period.

The first 50 eligible orders placed after 4:00 PM PT will each receive a refund of up to $100.

Only the merchandise total (before tax, shipping, and discounts) is eligible for refund.

Limit one refund per customer.

Preorders, backorders, and out-of-stock items are not eligible.

5. Refund Details (Prizes)

Each of the 50 qualifying orders will be refunded up to $100, based on the actual merchandise subtotal of the order (before tax, shipping, and discounts).

Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used at checkout, and only orders paid with a credit or debit card are eligible for a refund.

Orders paid with gift cards, store credit, Afterpay, Shop Pay Installments, PayPal, or any alternative payment method are not eligible for the refund portion of this Contest.

Orders suspected of fraud, abuse, or violation of these Official Rules are not eligible and may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Refunds will be processed within 6 hours of winner notification. Refund amounts will not exceed $100 under any circumstances.

6. Selection & Notification

Winners are determined by order timestamp. Sponsor’s system clock is the official timekeeping device.

Winners will be notified by email.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, blocked, or undeliverable email notifications.

7. General Conditions

Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend the Contest if fraud, technical issues, or other causes impact its integrity.

Any attempt to tamper with the operation of the Contest may result in disqualification.

8. Release

By participating, entrants release Sponsor and its affiliates from any claims arising from participation or the refund awarded.

9. Privacy

Information provided by entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

The Contest is governed by the laws of the State of California.
